An 8-week Gentle Yoga series for older adults. Students will be encouraged to move at their own pace. The focus will be yogic philosophy, range of motion, building strength and balance, breathing techniques, and relaxation. $80/series or $12/drop-in. Instructor: Lisa Dunham. Limited Space!
