Jaxin Patrick got a surprise visit at his Evergreen Elementary school from his dad, Nathan Patrick on April 23. Patrick, who works as a electronics technician with the U.S. Navy, returned early from an eight-month deployment in Afghanistan. Jaxin Patrick, 6, had no idea his father was coming home. “I thought it was a dream. I was really surprised to see him, and I missed him so much,” he said.
