The Peninsula High School Seahawks won Fish Basket III, defeating the Gig Harbor Tides for the second time this year 56-51 in the Class 3A West Central/Southwest district playoffs at Puyallup High School Feb. 15. Ranked No. 1 in 3A, the Seahawks lost the bidistrict title the next day to the Bethel Braves 58-47.
